Crossroads parents are an important part of our school and I know that children whose parents are involved in their child’s education perform better in school.

I would like to extend an invitation to you to become an active partner in our school by volunteering your time in classrooms, serving on a school site and/or district committee, giving input on school surveys, attending your child’s parent-teacher conferences and programs, and becoming an active member in our Parent Teacher Association (PTA).

Communication is a top priority and we have several avenues for you to stay informed. Every Wednesday you will receive a communications folder from your child's teacher.  This folder will contain important class, school, district, and community information.

You are also encouraged to explore the links to the left where you will find detailed information on our school.  Of course, if questions arise, you may call the office at (209) 869-2100.   Below are a few examples of the programs we offer:

Art, Band, & Music
Grades 1-5 will have art and music classes twice  a month throughout the year.   Fifth graders have the opportunity to participate in our district band program.

English Language Advisory Council
Our English Language Advisory Council plays an important role in the education of our students learning English.  The council discusses the academic progress of English learners and advises the School Site Council.  The council meets throughout the year, a minimum of four times.  If you are interested in being a member of the Council, watch for information via the Wednesday folders or at Back to School Night.
